Fase introduttiva per mettere a proprio agio l'interlocutore, seguita da successiva con domande caratteristiche della tecnica STAR. Non viene esercitata troppa pressione sul candidato e si cerca di valutarne il fit con l'ambito di lavoro e la cultura aziendale.

Interview
The initial aptitude round was easy and they announced the results on the same day
we were called for an interview by the next week in the college only .
the interview atmosphere was very good , The panel (of two) were very supporting and heard what we had to say , I had two tech rounds by the same panel (almost 15 minutes each)
next was HR round , and it went on for about 30-35 minutes
Basic HR questions were asked and i was told that they would be announcing the results later
overall the interview was good and i had done very well , i was confident of getting the job
the results came in the next week , and i was surprised to fsee four EEE and IEM ladies getting selected for the post of a production engineer.
I was kept on hold for a week and later another girl was selected instead of me
