First round is "digital" interview where they ask you questions via text on a webpage and you record your responses. I'm going to the second round in Nashville in a few weeks. Will be there for 2 days events include dinner/banquet with all candidates and 2 in person interviews

The interview process was good. They asked very reasonable questions in my opinion. There was three rounds — recruiter/hirevue, program managers, then the regional directors of the department. I would say the whole process took around one month.
