Interview with hiring manager and direct manager. Followed by interview with the country vice president of HR. A JD was sent to the campus before asking for applications. This was a campus recruitment process

The interview questions were based on the profile on offer.
After taking initial interview, online exam and assessments, it turned out that they were interviewing for a program that wasn't ready yet. And that apparently you have to wait as they finalize things out.
Direct to the point and feedback is provided instantly after the interview process.
I also had a panel discussion for a business case that tested my analytical skills. Overall, great learning experience.

Fun and interactive, require critical thinking as a group task. The next iv will be individual only few selected for final stage. However, the hiring manager really welcomed us warmly. Good salary offer also I heard
