Sanofi Operations Director interview questions

Very Poor communication, the interview panel doesn't all align on the role. Canceled many interviews last minute, or didn't show up at all, and did not take my time seriously. Overall very sloppy, and felt like they wanted me to bend over backward and accept poor communication and planning on their part.
