good and less stressful, very friendly, stuck to time and didn't exceed the time limit, open to answer questions, encouraged open communication about the job role, seemed like an informal interview since the flow wasn't very rigid

First interview was over the phone with the project manager. Second interview was a panel interview with the project manager and two additional scientists over zoom. The first interview was more in depth about yourself and your experiences, second interview was more getting to know you, answering questions, seeing how you would fit in the team. Pretty basic surface level questions, first interview had some behavioral interview style questions.
