Following an interview process with the recruiter, I met the hiring manager in person. He requested my background, specific examples of my experience, consulting and auditing background. I responded adequately as I had known some of the sites, people and leadership within the company. There was a good exchange and I had liked the company culture and approach. I was very happy with the company for over 8 years.
