Mostly asking about your reaction if you got into a conflict with a coworker. That took more than half an hour rephrasing the same question. They asked whether my personality fits the career path and the field which I studied. Asking why have I applied to this position since I have no experience with it, and why have I applied to so many other jobs at their company.
