Salesforce Manager interview questions

Very professional and nice people to talk to. Everything about interview process was very clearly explained. Hiring manager seemed to have read my CV and did not ask me any questions which were already answered. He put in some challenging situations and asked me what I would do and how I would approach the issue.

The recruiter was beyond disrespectful during the entire interview. They started off by telling me what I applied for was not going to work out, but was taking the call with me for a position I was extremely over qualified for. They would ask a question that was clearly leading to the fact that they thought I was incompetent, but then would cut me off in the middle of speaking to correct me or second guess my answer. I was asking questions back about the role because I was very confused why I would be interviewed for a position I did not apply for and was overqualified for, to tell me “if others have taken a step back, so can you”. I am a huge fan of Salesforce and admire the company, but putting down candidates who are excited to work for your company is no way to treat them. I was extremely disappointed and felt attacked during the call and will not ever be applying back after the way I was treated. Please don’t ever make someone feel like they are less than you when they are already in a position of vulnerability.
