I applied through college or university. I interviewed at SYSTRA (Bengaluru)
Interview
There was just one interview which lasted for half an hour. There were 3 people in the panel (usually 4 people will be there..but for my interview HR was not present). The questions were purely technical and basics. It included questions from basic geomechanics, foundations (shallow and pile), and few questions of dynamics.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SYSTRA
Interview
From a few minutes into the interview, it was clear that it was not going to be a two-way conversation. The interviewers made it clear that the interview would consist of a few minutes of them talking about the company and then asking me technical questions. This was already concerning, as it meant there was not much time for me to speak and to show who I am. The technical questions portion of the interview felt more like grilling. The questions themselves were average, but the environment they created was not comfortable. I felt like I was being judged constantly, and I did not have a chance to relax and be myself. Overall, I was disappointed with the interview experience. I was hoping to have a conversation with them about the company and the position, and to be able to share my own experiences and passion. However, the interview felt more like an interrogation than a conversation.
