1.First round HR Interview, mostly general questions, last about half an hour 2. AC, a whole day, including plant tour, and a panel interview about half an hour, as well as a game evaluation 3. final round, conditional, ask you about what position you want to do

Phone interview first, then in person interview. The company will cover the transportation cost if not local. There will be a site tour during the interview. Be prepare in advance on the company background and some behavior questions.
