Interview
A recruiter found my resume on-line. Called me for a pre-screen. Scheduled phone interview wtih hiring manager, all this within 3 days. Flew me the following week to meet with hiring manager. He and I met in an airport for about 90 minutes. Received the offer later that week. It was difficult to assess culture from this interview process, so I had to reach out to people that I knew at the company for this info. The culture is one of a huge reliance on meeting numbers, even for the sake of meeting numbers. Value can be sacrificed to make your numbers in many situations.
