Group task in the morning - fun and hard, got to show team work skills as well as leadership skills Final Interviews - mine was with a very high up employee, made me feel right at home and was relaxed about the entire process. Individual Task - got told it was a bit pointless and the results of that weren't very influential in the entire process.
