Pros:
SAP is a respected company with a strong global reputation, and the opportunity to interview initially appeared very promising.
Cons:
The recruitment process was extremely disappointing. I was invited to a panel interview for which I spent significant time preparing. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails requesting feedback afterward, I never received any response — not even a negative one. The complete lack of communication is highly unprofessional and shows little respect for candidates who invest their time and effort.
Advice to Management:
A company of SAP’s standing should treat candidates with the same values of respect and transparency it promotes to customers and employees. At the very least, applicants who attend a panel interview deserve timely feedback or acknowledgment. Improving this aspect of the recruitment process would greatly enhance the candidate experience and protect SAP’s employer brand.
