      Interview

      1. Initial Screening Call The first step was an introductory call focused on understanding my background, experience in Marketing Operations, and motivation for applying. It was a smooth conversation aimed at assessing general role fit and interest in the company. 2. HR Interview The second stage was an interview with HR, where we discussed my professional experience in more detail, core skills related to Marketing Operations (automation, CRM, analytics), cultural fit, and expectations regarding the role, salary, and working model. 3. Interview with Hiring Managers This was the most technical stage of the process. The discussion focused on real use cases, hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, familiarity with tools (CRM, marketing automation, reporting), and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The interview felt very aligned with the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. 4. Final Interview The final interview had a more strategic and high-level focus, assessing long-term vision, potential impact within the team, and alignment with the broader objectives of the department. It felt more like a two-way conversation.
