Interview
For me the overall experience was great, not because I got the offer but mainly because they are pretty professional and still feel like human, not like a robot with same questions, same tone everytime.
Main 2 rounds
Round 1: interview with direct manager (1hr)
Round 2: interview with team member (1hr)
Before that was a screencall - about 20mins
The whole process was really quick but the waiting time .. was pretty slow. (typical corporate :)
A word of advice? Well, I personally think it is best to stay true to yourself and at the same time showing them how would you want to grow (not faking it but really, who do you want to be? What do you need and what don't you need? If everything is just about the money then, maybe think again. Work on something that you love would definitely make you become a better person - my statement is a bit vague but you know what I mean :)

Are you afraid of challenge? Or are you comfortable with it and why?
... Depends on the position, they might ask you to show your skills, so be prepared!

Friendly and not too intimidating. The interview was completed over Microsoft Teams for around thirty minutes. A general get to know followed by more generic questions. Not the hardest one but still thorough.

Very professional interview process, I really enjoyed it. There were three cycles, firstly phone interview with the recruiter, then two more interviews with managers. Interviews were full of different interesting tasks.
