SAP Customer Success Manager interview questions

There was an initial phone interview and then three interviews in-person back to back with different members of the team; one interview was with the manager, the second was with the director, and the third was with a teammate. It seemed like instead of asking questions they talked to me or had me ask them questions. It did not seem well-prepared. I could not gauge how the interview was going as it went on. I wasn't walked to the elevators when we parted ways.

The interview process was simple and straightforward. I had a business case to read and understand. After that I needed to create a presentation addressing all the concerns and present for the management team.
