I was unfortunately not impressed with the process, considering the Ritz-Carlton standards. I had reached out to the GM and the market HR Director prior to applying. The Marriott recruiter asked me about my visa status, and wanted to know specifically which visa I had. She also said that the position required a bachelor's degree, which is contradictory, and I know folks in their EC committee without a bachelor's Degree.
