I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games (Santa Monica, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The process took a few weeks. Phone screen with a team leader who really seemed to like me. He gave me a heads up that the next interview would contain quantitative questions (math oriented brain teasers, essentially). I put many many hours into preparing and was able to breeze through 4 out of the 5 questions in the next interview (with someone I could barely understand on the phone and who seemed completely uninterested in me as a person). Apparently missing a single silly math problem was enough to weed me out completely. But hey, if you're Riot- I guess you have that power! I would have loved to work for Riot but this process has seriously put a sour taste in my mouth from the way they approach valuing talent.

Question 1
Trying to remember the question exactly... Something like: Soroka has a banana stand. In her first month, she sells 200 bananas at $0.10 profit per banana. In her second month, how many bananas does she need to sell- so that the combined average from the first and second month is $0.16 per banana?
