Interview
Applied and got a notification through email that I wasn't selected for the interview process. These listings don't come up that often so it is crucial to have standard questions set up.

Interview
Applied online for an advertised TPM position. Received a response from recruiter who wanted to have a 30 min chat after a mid year holiday. Agreed on a date and had the interview via google meets. A week later, received a mail stating that 1st round was a success and to select a date in next couple of weeks for the 2nd interview. Provided the dates and 1st week passed, upon which I send a chaser to confirm the interview in the following(second) week. Received a reply with a date for 2nd interview(1 hour long) with a current PM. Had the interview and 12 days later I receive a reply stating I have got through 2nd interview and provide a date for the 3rd interview in the following week. Provided a date and waited through out the following week for a confirmation of the interview slot and none arrived. After sending a chase to them, I was told if I'd be available the following week which I confirmed and lo and behold the following week Monday I receive a mail stating that they are no longer hiring for the position. Very disappointing since I got through the first 2 rounds and was supposed to do my 3rd interview(apparently total no of interviews are 5 or 6) and then they say that they are no longer hiring.

Interview
I recently had an interview for the Technical Product Manager position, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. The hiring manager came across as dictatorial, setting an uncomfortable tone for the interview.
M asked tough standard questions, with two or three standard questions in one question. The questions were so strange that they were put in the chat for me to read, but what stood out was his lack of empathic interest in me as a candidate. The interview felt more like an interrogation than a conversation, with little to no effort to establish a connection. When I inquired about the team dynamics and whether there was a scrum master, his response was short and somewhat harsh: "You will be the scrum master."
Furthermore, I had concerns about the working hours. The response was brief: I need you to be available in the evening for US time and, because of our strong office work culture, work three days in the office Dublin time. This indicated a significant amount of overtime would be required. It also seemed that I would be expected to juggle multiple roles, including functions of a System Analyst, Scrum Master, Release Manager, and Product Manager.
Overall, the interview process left me with a negative impression of Riot Games. The role's demands and the hiring manager's dictatorial approach made it clear that this position would not fit me well, and I withdrew.
