Riot Games Project Manager interview questions

It was a pretty long interview process that that dealt with craft knowledge in the earlier portion and culture fit for the larger later portion. I had: - a screening call with a recruiter - a call with the hiring manager - a call with another employee (not the same team) - four different calls with employees (2 craft, 2 values alignment) - a final call with the main manager The communication during the process was fine but I still had a lot of anxiety about the waiting. I never felt like the questions were particularly difficult, the hardest question was not even about craft for me but about my personal experience. You may struggle if you're not comfortable in terms of soft skills. The hardest part for me was really just wondering how I measured up against the actual values vs what I perceived in my research. Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful with any questions I had. I never felt nervous and a lot of the craft stuff felt like a conversation.
