Riot Games interview questions

The interview process was long and extremely difficult. - Screening interview with recruiter - 1 with the hiring manager - 1 with a colleague - All day interview (4 in total) I made it to the final round and unfortunately did not get the position. I was sad, but everyone who I interviewed with seemed genuine and passionate about the company. It was the actions after the interview that negatively impact my view of the organization. I was disappointed but understood their decision to move forward with another candidate. However, to claim that I was a candidate that was a good fit for the organization and refer me to different position only to ghost me after I asked for an update is truly confusing to me. I’m glad they showed their true colors because I would not want to work for a company who treats individuals who they are “invested in” like this.

It was fun! They are so kind. They know what they are looking for. Not an easy process. However, if you are hundred per cent capable, they will consider hiring you.
