A 5 month process consisting interviews with 9 different people and an on-site day of being interviewed and evaluated. Rather excessive for a position that doesn't hold any influence or decision making in any business.

Question 1
Describe how you would resolve workplace conflict.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
This was a tedious process. It's clear they only want people who love gaming to be hired and I was just a requirement for them to interview so they aren't discriminatory. The interviews were dragged out over a month and a half... totaling to 7 hours!!! Insane. This is a company that shoves culture down your throat and feels cult-like. I'm annoyed I didn't tell them to drop me after the first 3 interviews.. I understand wanting to hire the right person, but to expect people to give up 7 hours during their full time jobs for a slim chance of getting the job, is insane. They should offer a gift card or something if they pass on you for wasting 7 hours of your life.
Tough, but fair. There will be a lot of stages, but they will give you guidance along the way. Expect to be quizzed on what you are interviewing for and expect the questions to be fair
