Extremely long for no reason. Ended up having 8 interviews. Great way to get a gauge on general culture, but gives insight into internal procedures and how drawn out it may be. In addition, I love playing video games and I have a PS5, but I wouldn't consider myself an avid gamer compared to the rest of the RIOT community - felt like this was not a good thing to portray to the interview team.
Ultimately comes down to your own motivations and reasons for joining Riot Games, they are very careful to spot people who are genuinely interested in their games and passionate in the gaming industry.
