I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Internal recruiter reached out via employee referral. 4 x 1 hour+ long interviews with hiring manager and team members. Half were case studies and half were personality/culture assessments. After came what they call the virtual on-site, about 5+ hours across 4 interviews over a few days. Again half were personality focused and half were skills assessment case studies. Total process took 4 months. No offer. No feedback / reasoning provided.
