I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied online and HR contacted me about 2 weeks later and set up a technical screen shortly afterward. After passing that, the next step a "cultural fit" interview with many behavioural questions - they really want to know how you act! I should have prepared for the fit interview better but the overall process was enjoyable and everyone was friendly.

Technical - lots of basic to intermediate statistics questions, many of them LoL themed
Cultural - situational and behavioural questions
Interview was fun as we talked about games and did not get too technical. Had some behavioral questions that were pretty standard but interviewer did not seem satisfied with my responses
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Riot Games (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Started off with a screening call that covered many of the topics that have also been vetted, many rounds of interviews, if you get out you might get a debriefing call. Was fun!
