Interview
I interviewed with a Senior Producer / Senior Manager for Valorant. He briefly introduced himself and I was only asked 1 question in the interview, which is "Tell me about yourself?". I was not asked another question after and then I proceeded to ask the questions to keep the conversation going. I felt that the hiring manager did not come prepared or even try to get to know me and my skills and how they would apply to the current opening. I did not feel that I was given a proper chance at the position and it felt like the manager didn't even want to be there or cared at all.

Interview
I spoke with a recuriter about the position and about myself. The recruiter has excellent communication skills and also providing you with a great timeline. He didn't seem intrested in personality but mostly what your job skills are and how they relate and contribute to this position. He seemed to be very honest and transparent that he though I should have a better skillset and more experience...which I appreciate his honesty.

Interview
There can be up to 7 interviews depending on the role, with each being focused on different aspects of the position like leadership, value/culture fit, and craft (skills related to the position). The recruiter I worked with was great and taught me a lot about how to best work with recruiters moving forward. The interviewers use a clear set of questions to guide interviews, which I think is good. What I didn't like though was it felt like there very specific answers they were looking for to the questions, and anything other than that answer was a wrong answer. I've interviewed for multiple jobs here and only get this feeling from experience.
