Imagine there are 1,000 players who each play 3 games, but not against each other. Suppose that winning is based on the flip of a fair coin. How many players do you expect to have 3 game win streaks?
Started with a recruiter call where basic questions are asked to ensure that the candidate has a passion for the product. If successful the candidate would then have a behavioral which tracks for fit. Lastly there is a 4 person panel to assess various aspects of a candidates skillset.
