After applying for the job online, I got a call from Human Resources about a month later. They scheduled a phone interview with me. The interview was held by a HR person and with the Marketing Manager. I got through to the 2nd round and had a face to face interview a few weeks after.
now in the first round with AI screening and then move to the manager. The interview invitation took around 2 weeks and now waiting to move forward to the next step with managers.
Quite text-book, even though the position was written in English and for an international position the HR could not really hold the interview in English, but I can speak also french so we made it work

Interview
First fill out an application form (all in English). The final part of the application form is two English questions. HR interview, ask some basic questions and information. The manager interviews, understands the job content of the previous job and other specific information, and then notifies him to return to wait for the notice. If possible, he also needs a telephone interview from the person in charge.
In charge of the telephone interview, I mainly asked about the organizational structure of the company and the specific responsibilities of the previous job.
