Reply interview questions

Two weeks after leaving my cv at a job fair I have been called to schedule an introductory interview with HR. After another couple of weeks, I got a call to schedule an interview with a manager of one of Reply's firms. Around three weeks later they called me with an offer. Both interviews were quite enjoyable and non-technical.

First interview by phone, generic info requested. Second interview by phone, generic questions on technology. 3rd interview face-to-face. The examinator didn't show up, reported by a week. Next week, inerview with a third part client, only background and cv examination.
