Reply Consultant interview questions

The recruiter was very friendly and supportive throughout, but it would’ve been helpful if the expectations / requirements had been clearly outlined earlier in the process. The interview started off well but ended in rejection due to uncommunicated expectations that only surfaced at the final stage. There was noticeable misalignment among interviewers — some came unprepared, and one interview ended 30 minutes early due to lack of questions. Advice to future candidates to ask direct questions about role expectations early on - internal communication seemed inconsistent.
