The selection process involved Online application, then when it's shortlisted HR will contact via mail to schedule an online interview. The interview was One hour long with a combination of both Technical and competency questions.

Two separate interviews- the first a short call with a hiring manager just to know you are actually interested in the role. The second interview lasted around 45mins-1hr, one half general questions and the second half more technical. The second interview was with two people who are directly involved with the R&D team. They asked some specific questions that included scenarios of product materials failing during testing and customer use.
