Qualcomm Systems Engineer interview questions

Phone Interview Applying an engineer position through the company website, 2 weeks later, I received a phone interview invitation mail. And 3 days later, I did the interview. The preparing time is not enough.

Short phone interview first, then an onsite interview with some people. The onsite took about 4 hours. The questions were very basic, it seemed to me that the people there don't really have a clear idea about how to conduct an interview properly and how to actually find out what the candidate knows. Not a good experience for sure.
