Qualcomm Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

I had a phone interview with Markham Qualcomm in March. I didn't like it because they asked some technical questions that were not related to the position. The person that asked the question I think was not a member of HR.

Not very positive, I feel like the interviewer had made his mind before the interview, solved the problem, had 20 min to try the optimized solution, but interviewer ended the interview early.
