phone screen, then on site at San Diego. HR first followed by 6-7 technical interviews. The interviewers are all senior staff/manager or above. no IQ questions, simply straightforward textbook questions. they are friendly and gives you hint if you get stuck.
Single day interview with multiple rounds.
Total process takes around 4 hours.
The interview is more of a discussion with each intervier asking different aspects of vlsi.
Like, cdc/rdc, previous work exp, theoretical knowledge, coding experience.

One round of interview around 1hr, Interviewed with Design Manager. Mainly Technical Questions and discussions about Digitial Design and SystemVerilog. Did not go through the next step of the process. But the interviewers are nice.
