First step was a call with the recruiter, second step was a discussion with direct manager. If you pass those two, you will be able to move on to a team-based interview. The team based interview seemed to be more based on fit and coherency than on technical expertise.

I did not even get a chance to interview and was ghosted! I received an email to schedule the virtual interview and another confirming the time and location. On the day of the actual interview the recruiter was a no show. I emailed the recruiter, sent a message via linkedin and also another message to another recruiter who works for the same company but I received no response. This was extremely unprofessional and a waste of MY TIME.
If you had no interest in interviewing someone please be COURTEOUS and make them aware otherwise don't schedule them at all!

1er entrevista no tenían un sueldo base para la posición
2da entrevista ok
3er entrevista casi no pude hablar, el que me entrevista tomó al 80% del tiempo para hablaf
4ta entrevista me dejaron esperando como 15 minutos. Tuve que contactar a RH para ver si se iba a realizar la misma o no.
Contacto a la reclutadora 10 días después para saber si tenían una respuesta, y sorpresa no me contesta y automáticamente llega un mail de respuesta automática que no iban a continuar conmigo.
