Interview
Two rounds of phone interviews: first with the recruiter and then with the management team.
After passing the initial phone screen, you are asked to take a Logic test and DISC personality profile. The DISC is an online assessment. The Logic test can be taken at home. You are given an hour to complete the test. The test is a mix of math word problems, syntax checking, pattern recognition and logic flow.
After passing the logic test, an in-person interview with Management team, technical leads and HR was scheduled..

Interview
Had a phone screen with HR, then was contacted by hiring manager the next day. A couple days later I was invited to the company HQ, where I was told I would be interviewing with a few different people.
On-site interviewing was tough; about two hours of interviews ranging from the hiring manager to various members of different teams. Final interview was with HR, where they answered any last pre-employment questions.
About a week later I got a robot e-mail informing me they were moving forward with a different candidate. I sent a hand-written thank you letter and moved on. A few days later received a personalized e-mail back thanking me for my time.

Interview
It starts with Head hunter phone screen, then hiring manager phone screen, and finally on site 1:1 and panel interview. They do provide lunch and it is a good chance to interact with current employees. There is only one round of on site interview.
