I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QAD (Mumbai) in Jan 2018
Interview
The HR which came for presentation of the company was herself not able to communicate properly. She was herself not able to clarify what exactly the job role is.
The first round was aptitude test. There were two aptitude tests: one for Customer support representative and one for cloud support. Students were allowed to give both the tests.
The first test consisted of 4 sections with 10 questions in each set. The 4 sections were C++, Java, RDBMS and ERP. The second test consisted of 2 sections: Unix commands and RDBMS.
One has to score 70% to clear the test(I cleared both). The next round was essay writing for cloud support. The topic for essay was "Best/worst customer satisfaction experience". There was a different round for customer support profile. In that we had to write an email to report a mobile performance issue and draw a flowchart. I got rejected in the second round.

Draw a flowchart on how will you organize your college festival
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at QAD (East Hartford, CT) in Jun 2017
Interview
Step 1-Prescreening from Recruiter who are actually not QAD employees.
Step 2 call with hiring manager_reviewed background and role of position. Process was fine.
Step 3 Scheduled for Video mtg with Group VP who did not show to the mtg. Said he would call the next day and did not
Step 4 Interview in a different city requiring air travel. This hiring mgr was then traveling to the city I live in. "Scary that this money and time was spent from both the mgr & recruiter"
Step 5 Group VP showed up at scheduled call over 15 minutes late . He described needing to bring in 50 mil of subscription for a 5 yr span. His numbers did not make sense. He also was interviewing me for the Global Acct Mgr position and yet I was told I was interviewing for the Regional. He did respond to questions and gave a summary.
Had a challenge in getting reimbursed for travel "It was over 30 days & initial recruiter/contact left"
Phone call hiring Mgrs, Onsite interview. Hiring Group Manager did not show up to call
