The HR contacted me after going through my resume on a job board. There were 3 rounds- Round 1 was an interview with a manager and team senior, round 2 was a written test and round 3 was an interview with a senior manager in my Business Unit (BU). The order of round 1 and 2 may vary because usually the written test happens before the interview. Everyone I interacted with was extremely cordial and encouraging. Overall, it was a great experience.
