4 rounds of interview without any final confirmation. The offer was made but i declined as it was on a lower role grade.
The management didn't read the CV before and hence after taking 4 rounds asked to go for a lower role.

Processo lungo. Colloquio iniziale tranquillo. Colloquio tecnico anche abbastanza specifico. Non è niente di impossibile ma bisogna essere preparati sia in excel sia in concetti di base che riguardano ciò per cui ti stai applicando.
