Online assesment consists of 3 parts such as:
1. English/ Grammar Exam: common fill in the blanks type of exam
2. Essay (situational)
3. Accounting related questions: there are no computations, they will just ask for an explanation of some accounting concepts.

Question 1
Situational questions about time management, collaboration, strengths and weaknesses.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
