Interview
Interviewed with a group of 6 with 2 partners. Questions are very easy, mostly conversational and behavioral questions. Each of us were also asked what we would do under a provided situation, such as team conflict or time pressure cases.

What have you done to be prepared for the interview?
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
