Interview
You'll have a telephone interview and a final interview. The assessment centre includes various tasks that will include group discussions but not individual interview. The final interview is competency based and not designed to throw curve balls at you at all! Use relevant experience in your examples and don't be afraid to pause and considering your answer.

Initial phone screening with HR.
Had a math and english assessment test on site with 3 other candidates.
Then meeting with managers for a face to face interview.
They got back to me in about 3 days and explained to me the offer
