After my application was chosen for an interview. They sent an email and called me. The person who interviewed me could only recommend me for the the job. The process felt very personal. They called two days later to offer me the the job and scheduled a background check, physical ability test, and drug test.

Went twice for the selector position, got asked different questions but felt like they were fishing for specific answers because they had a rubric/checkmark sheet and I was getting a lot of marks in the third column which wasnt good. They were respectful and straightforward but im not sure how to answer these questions to get the job

I interviewed for the same position as a male candidate who sat next to me and I was strongly discouraged from accepting the position because of its rigorous physical aspect despite my years of relative experience. The candidate next to me was asked if he was capable of the tasks and moved onto scheduling,
