First of all I was asked to fill-in their cover note which contained information about education, experience, salary and behavioural questions. After that there were multiple round of interviews with the top management of the company including the CEO. The emphasis is on knowing the candidate well and is more on the behavioural side. Mostly we discussed about what I have done and where do I see myself in 3-5 years.
