I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Apr 2015
Interview
I called to follow up a day after applying. I was alled two days lasted for an interview. I got to choose what time to come in (it was durning the evening). I went in 30 minutes early(4:00 instead of 4:30). The employees were nice I was given something to drink while the hiring manager finished up. He was really nice. He didn't really look me in the eye. He asked basic interview questions and about my résumé. He complemented me and made a few jokes. He then said if I didn't receive a call I didn't get the job (this was the first day of interviews. Overall it was pretty relaxed , it took a total of 15 minutes.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Have you ever been in a situation where you had to take control?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Pryor, OK) in Jun 2013
Interview
I thought it was a little odd, but she asked me to come in for the interview at 9 on Friday night. When I arrived I had to sit and wait on the manager for an hour, but they were busy. One of the girls that was working at the time, checked on me a few times and asked if I wanted anything to drink and also apologized for my wait.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Ellicott City, MD) in Aug 2012
Interview
In person, very brief. The manager or who ever is interviewing you will make you take a personality quiz (I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone who doesn't want to deal with customers, you'd be better suited for cooking/production) and ask you about your availibility and what not. As long as you don't have a major felony and intend to show up to work for your shifts, then you are very likely to get the job.
