Pizza Hut Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

When I went in for an interview, it seemed like they already hired me. Did not ask any typical interview questions, but practical questions like what role I wanted to work for, and my availabilities for work. Then we did a small orientation.

I Brought my resume the manager looked it over and then went into asking my about what i know about the industry. after that i was hired. after that i had to sit down and watch these videos about the company and safety and he gave me a package with all the company rules and regulations for me to read over and remember.
