Philips Buyer interview questions

You interview on line with a recruiter. Then months later you get a call to come in for a live interview. It was relatively backwards for interviewing. Most of the interviewers seemed highly unprepared. Very basic questions about purchasing procedures and how I organized my time. It was as if they looked at my resume two minutes before the interview and started asking questions.
