After the initial phone interview, I did not hear from Pfizer for about 2.5 months. Then, out of the blue, they called and wanted a face to face panel interview the following week. I had no choice but to fly to Denver for a day and sit in front of a panel of 5 and answer questions for 2 hours. After that was done, I did not hear from them for another month and a half--nothing. Finally, I pressed them for an answer and a letter came in the mail a couple days later.
