Competency based questions which followed with technical questions. Situational judgement questions prior to interview and group assessment centre. Challenging part was interview and technical questions. I felt that they should have shown the candidates around and should have been more inclusive and welcoming.
Mostly technical questions, so be sure to review relevant concepts and prepare thoroughly before the interview. The interviewers were friendly, approachable, and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the discussion process.
After applying for the position, an internal recruiter reached out. It was a 30-minute phone call.
The next step was the interview with the hiring manager and this was done via video call.
It took about a month to go through this process.
The interview process was smooth but had to wait almost two months for their response.
Dinner on the previous night with the current employees to get to know and ask about causal questions and onsite interview including scientific presentation and 1-on-1 interviews for the rest of the day.
