Application form in Korean - Resume and short essay questions (e.g. most difficult challenge in life, personality etc) Interview - 1 group interview with managers from applied business unit and function (5 interviewers) 2~3 applicants per interview, active communication between applicants and interviewers, fun and interesting interview (interviewers were interesting), somewhat informal compared to other Korean companies (do not over prepare your self introductions) Try to be honest and clear about your answers, while not being too serious (but heavily depends on the interviewers and atmosphere)
